About Ailithir:
First things first: Pronounced AY-lih-thur, my name is Irish Gaelic and, I’m told, means “Pilgrim Song.” My parents, Kathy and Bob, hated growing up with such ordinary names and decided to pay homage to their Irish roots when naming their children.
I live in Indiana with my husband, who is also an illustrator and creator of stories.
We live with our beloved dog Addy, who seems to have some Beagle heritage, and our two cats, Artemisia and Dobson, as well as the many woodland creatures who pass through our five-acre plot.
I love stories and enjoy developing stories visually, verbally, or through immersive events and programs. If you would like help developing stories of triumph, rooted in nature or imagination, please reach out!
I also am an accomplished art administrator and regularly serve as a consultant to municipalities and businesses looking to harness the power of the arts and the creative economy. Reach out for more information about my arts planning services!
